Roasted Garlic, Jalapeño, Serrano

I can’t tell you what inspired this sauce. Not because it’s a closely guarded secret, but because I don’t really know. I remember thinking about different hot sauce flavors in the shower (like you do) and this one came to mind. It took some experimentation, but it was a hit with the friends and family pretty much right away. Roasting peppers, onions, and garlic together before saucing it down makes for a deeply layered and unique flavor experience. If you’re not a garlic fan, you can gift this to someone who is! (Sorry, Vampires.)
